Candice has nearly 15 years of experience in intellectual property. She serves as a senior paralegal, provides executive and administrative support to all of the firm’s attorneys and senior professionals and coordinates day-to-day office operations.
Candice R. Spencer, Senior IP Paralegal for Winterfeldt IP Group, has nearly 15 years of experience in supporting Intellectual Property legal practices. Candice provides extensive support for the firm's trademark portfolio practice, and also specializes in complex document preparation, new business intake, and serving as a front-line liaison for clients, vendors and attorneys. Her prior legal experience includes support for both corporate and environmental law offices.
Candice performs daily paralegal and administrative services for the Founder and Principal of Winterfeldt IP Group and other IP attorneys and staff. Her duties include preparation of USPTO filings and management of client correspondence and invoices, as well as management of vendor invoices. She supports the Winterfeldt IP Group team by completing travel arrangements, maintaining the team’s complex calendar of meetings, and hosting and arranging team and client meetings. As a highly experienced IP support professional, Candice also develops Winterfeldt IP Group’s administrative and office operational processes and provides timely and efficient support to clients and industry colleagues.
