Chere’ R. Spencer is WIPG’s Billing and Operations Coordinator, and has over 8 years of accounting experience from extensive work with financial services organizations.
Chere’ Spencer, Winterfeldt IP Group’s Billing and Operations Coordinator, has over 8 years of accounting experience. She assists with client billing, accounts payable and receivable, and vendor management matters, as well as performs other administrative duties in support of Winterfeldt IP Group’s daily operations.
Chere’ works closely with Winterfeldt IP Group’s Chief Financial Officer and other members of our accounting team. Her duties include managing month-end closing processes, preparation of client invoices, analysis and tracking of financial reports and correspondence, and maintenance of vendor accounts. In addition, her responsibilities include coordinating with the management team to develop and implement all firm-wide accounting procedures and protocols. Chere’ also provides general administrative support to Winterfeldt IP Group’s attorneys and senior non-attorney professionals,including coordination of client meetings and practice events, and assists with facilities management.
Prior to joining Winterfeldt IP Group, Chere’ gained extensive experience accounting-related roles for various financial services organizations in the Washington, DC area and also focused her undergraduate studies in accounting.
