The Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC) is the group within the ICANN stakeholder structure that advocates for the interests of intellectual property owners. During ICANN 61 in San Juan, Puerto Rico in March 2017, Brian Winterfeldt, who serves as IPC President, and Kiran Malancharuvil, who serves as IPC Secretary, filed a video offering an introduction to the IPC.
