Winterfeldt IP Group Named to 2022 WTR 1000

The World Trademark Review, a premier publication covering the global trademark industry, recently published its annual WTR 1000 list for 2022. We are honored to report that Winterfeldt IP Group has been named to this prestigious list as a top trademark firm, along with our Founder and Principal Brian Winterfeldt as a top individual practitioner.

The WTR 1000, published each year, is the culmination of an extensive process of research and review from peers and clients, spanning many months. The list contains a ranking of top law firms providing trademark services, as well as top individual attorneys, as organized by country and jurisdiction.

For 2022, Winterfeldt IP Group was again listed as a top firm in the Washington, DC metro area for trademark prosecution and strategy. In addition, Winterfeldt IP Group has again been named as a top firm for trademark enforcement and litigation in the Washington, DC metro area. In both categories, most honorees are large national or global law firms, and Winterfeldt IP Group is one of only a few smaller specialty firms to be listed.

Our Founder and Principal, Brian Winterfeldt, has also been listed as an individual and received a Gold ranking, the highest ranking available in the WTR 1000, in the Washington, DC metro area for trademark prosecution and strategy. Clients cited Brian's engagement with cutting-edge issues and praised Winterfeldt IP Group as a "premier destination" for advice on digital brand protection matters.
