Bryan assists Winterfeldt IP Group's clients, attorneys and leadership team by providing paralegal support on trademark, Internet, and IP policy matters, and also devotes substantial time to our marketing and DEI activities.
Bryan brings a wealth of business and client service experience to his role at Winterfeldt IP Group. Prior to joining the WIPG team, Bryan worked for a major financial services firm in client-facing roles, particularly in connection with implementation of major technology projects. During this time, he also cultivated an interest in brand management, brand protection, and related communications strategies.
In his years spent in the finance field, Bryan developed a passion for client relationship management with an understanding of the importance of an interpersonal approach in an increasingly technological world. At Winterfeldt IP Group, Bryan works with our attorneys and clients to ensure seamless integration of the legal aspects of brand protection with actionable business strategy. In his role, Bryan takes a proactive approach to identifying our clients’ current IP-related challenges, forecasting future issues, and coordinating solutions-oriented communications.
Bryan also substantially supports Winterfeldt IP Group’s marketing activities. His duties in this arena include planning and executing webinars and speaking engagements for the firm’s attorneys, researching and drafting client advisories on key industry developments, coordinating proposals, and assisting with the firm’s digital media presence.
In addition to his business experience, Bryan has lent his time to volunteer with a number of programs targeting at-risk youth from diverse backgrounds. Bryan now applies this experience to Winterfeldt IP Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, which include substantial pro bono advice to charitable organizations that support diverse populations, engagement in DEI-related activities in the legal industry, and internal firm DEI initiatives.
